Grade A / A+ Grade A devices are as close to new as a pre-owned phone can get. Cosmetic wear is only visible under very close inspection. There is no wear detectable to touch anywhere on the device. These units are in excellent overall condition and are 100% functional.
Grade A- Grade A- devices are in very good condition with only minor signs of use. Light scratches are permitted, but there are no cracks or deep scratches. Wear on the back may be slightly more noticeable than on the screen. Every device is complete with covers and battery, and is 100% functional.
Grade B / B+ Grade B devices are in good condition with moderate signs of everyday use. Light scratches are permitted, but there are no cracks, indentations, or deep scratches. Scratches may be detectable to touch. Every device is complete with covers and battery, and is 100% functional.
Grade C / C+ Grade C devices show clear signs of everyday use. Most units will have visible wear, with a proportion showing heavier use. Devices may have slightly bent enclosure parts, some deep scratches, and dents. Buttons are fully functional but may require slightly more pressure to operate. Every device is complete with covers and battery, no missing parts, and is 100% functional.
